A recent John Lewis survey concluded that men are hopeless shoppers and now the Oxford Street store features its own style advice clinic for chaps. TopShop has launched its own free Style Counsel service in 16 stores across the country. Its team of Style Advisors have been trained by magazine editors as well as drama and speech coaches and all consultations take place at instore Style Labs which have their own fitting rooms, a stack of magazines and, of course, speed payment facilities.
