Anti-Nike trainersAnti-Nike campaigners are planning to launch an anti-Nike trainer by the end of 2002. The Blackspot Sneaker is being developed by Adbusters (a social activist movement which aims to topple existing power structures) and is part of its Open Source design initiative for individuals to globally brainstorm, share and exchange ideas. The design objective for the trainer is to "create a grassroots anti-brand to break the Nike swoosh".
