Battle of World Cup T'sBrit brands are gearing up for the battle to gain dominance in the T-shirt competition set to accompany next year's World Cup. Strong contenders include Burro whose legendary 1990 World Cup No Alla Violenza T-shirts catapulted the label into our collective consciousness. Burro plans to re-issue some of these classics but will also be offering a new range (priced £25-£33). Lads label extraordinaire, Duffer, will also be producing a range. Japanese and retro themes are bound to be popular (after all the Finals are being held in Japan) and Paul Smith has opted for 70s style T-shirts which pay homage to footie heroes featuring their names in Japanese. |
