Edible artContemporary Brit-artist Sarah Lucas has worked with many types of food, using everything from melons to kippers, bananas, Russian salad, chickens and raw steak. For her latest work, Cake, which is available to purchase from online gallery and shop Counter Editions, Sarah has created a limited range of 12 fruit cakes with photos of some of her most famous and infamous images - self-portraits, photo-collages and body casts - printed onto the icing using edible inks. Forming a mini-retrospective, the cakes have been made to a rich fruit recipe soaked with rum and cost £480 each.
