Do a runnerUrban running seems to be the fashionable way to get fit this summer. Nike's 10K Run London marathon on July 22 is already fully booked with over 10,000 people expected to take part. But if you're desperate to join in the craze, there's still ways to race this summer. Check out the Run London website for a list of further events including the British 10K Open Road Race also scheduled for July 22 or the Carlton London Run on July 1. If you prefer not to compete but don't want to run on your own, Nike's training runs across the capital might be for you.
