Hide-free rideA few weeks ago, anti-fur and leather advocate Stella McCartney lambasted British Airways for using leather in its first class seats. Now animal rights supporter and Hollywood actress Alicia Silverstone, has reportedly said she will not travel in a car which has leather seats. Alicia is a fervent supporter of using leather substitute, pleather, in place of the real thing. For those who want to support Alicia's stance, a studded pleather bustier is being auctioned on the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals website with all proceeds raised going to PETA. |
