Designer guidesWhile Louis Vuitton's latest coveted luggage range and handbags are daubed with Stephen Sprouse's designer graffiti, the brand's City Guide 2001 is a sleek affair. The third edition of the series features eight individual, handbag size guide books. There's now a guide devoted to Paris and Bordeaux, Florence and Zurich have also been added. While designer boutiques are listed, the guide encourages travellers to leave the beaten track and seek out both the traditional and the quirky inns, cafes, bars, galleries and flea markets in a host of European hot spots.
