Sinister winterFashion has been buzzing with colourful glam'n'glitz of late. But, if a number of collections shown during last week's London Fashion Week is anything to go by, coming winter should herald something altogether more gothic. Famed for her body jewellery, J Maskrey's first catwalk show featured pale models stencilled with Born to Die in glittering black letters and others decorated with black and red lillies. Hysteric Glamour unveiled leather jackets inscribed with Evil on the back and Maria Chen's collection was a predominantly black affair of heavy leather jackets, leather fringed jumpers, ragged hem leather skirts and floorsweeping sheepskin coats. |
