Naked menFollowing Rankin's successful Nudes project in 1999, when he advertised for women to be snapped naked, the lensman returns with an exhibition of Male Nudes at the Proud Galleries (5 Buckingham Street, London WC2) from March 10 to April 1. The collection of photos of naked men, including an OAP and a Batman clone are "set to engage, shock and challenge the British public's attitude to nudity". In support of the Everyman Campaign for male cancer awareness, £1 from every copy of the book Male Nudes by Rankin, (£20, published April 13 by Vision) will be donated to the campaign. |
