Fashion EastThe innovative Fashion East project which launched last year is set to help four designers show their collections during the upcoming Fashion Week (Feb 18-23). Lizzy Disney, ie uniform, Louis de Gama and PPQ were selected by an industry panel which included designer Matthew Williamson. Each receives a cash grant towards the cost of producing their collections, a venue and showroom space. Although not open to the public, Channel 4, one of Fashion East's sponsors, is filming the show which it then hopes to broadcast its website.
