Give and takeThe 'Give & Take' exhibition (from January 30 until April 1) will be divided between the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Serpentine Gallery. Conceptual artist Hans Haacke spent the past year selecting objects from the V&A's collections for his 'Mixed Messages' installation that will dominate the entire Serpentine Gallery. The V&A section of the exhibition comprises existing and newly commissioned work by 15 contemporary artists, including Marc Quinn's life-size statues of men and women deprived of one or more limbs, as well as work by Jeff Koons and Neil Cummings. |
