Game OnThe brief given to nine designers was simple: make the Nintendo Game Boy Colour a stylish must-have accessory rather than a kid's toy. Designers including Julien Macdonald, Marcus Lupfer, Fake London, Elspeth Gibson and Tristan Webber went on a mission to create a wearable pouch, belt or holster. The one-off designs won't go into production but will be auctioned in March (details to be finalised, further information call 020 7471 6680). Get ready to bid on Elspeth Gibson's iridescent pink buckle belt, Tristan Webber's coffee coloured leather holster and Julien Macdonald's signature-style crystal covered knitted pouch. |
