V&A's voluptuous viewAlexander McQueen, who placed a reclining Rubenesque nude on his catwalk, has started a trend. Now 'enfant terrible' jeweller Simon Fraser will be using models "more outrageously voluptuous than Sophie Dahl" in a special Friday Late View at the V&A (Cromwell Road, South Kensington, London SW7). This spectacular performance on Friday 26th January combines fashion and theatre and will feature Fraser's larger-than-life jewellery including a necklace that is over 3.5 metres long. Performances take place at 6.30pm and 8.30pm and entrance is free. |
