Badly Drawn Boy exhibitionThe first retrospective of graphic artist Andy Votel outside of the North West kicks off in January hosted by Levi's boutique, Cinch (5 Newburgh Street, London W1, 25th January to 25th February 2001). Andy Votel is one of the UK's finest sleeve artists known best for his work with Twisted Nerve and Mercury Prize winner Badly Drawn Boy. The exhibition includes the first public showing of the sculpture featured on BDB's 'The Hour Of Bewilderbeast' sleeve, short films and visuals inspired by Votel's artwork as well as a pair of vintage Levi's specially customised for the occasion. |
