Naked bodies 'Tis the season of over-indulgence and slothfulness, but if you want to avoid piling on the pounds then reach for a book rather than chocolate. Photographer Howard Schatz's 'Nude Body Nude' (£50, published by Harper Collins, available now from all good bookshops) is stuffed with tasty photos of well-developed naked men and women. They are pictured in groups together with models as well as dancers and are photographed in poses "from the classically serious to the fanciful and fun". For those of you who want to go all the way there are also "exquisite close-up explorations".
