Doin' the LambrettaThis time last year brands were getting over-excited and sticking 'Y2K' or 'Millennium' on everything from water to Monopoly to false nails. Thankfully, a year on and millennial label madness seems to be waning. Instead, brands such as Lambretta are releasing items when people might be more interested in something special to buy. Its limited edition Milio watch - influenced by the design of the original Lambretta scooter speedometer - is now in stores (£199, for men and women, enquiries 01604 767010). There are only 100 Milios available and it's the first of Lambretta's Christmas editions. |
