Fresh art The race for the US presidency is finally over, but the Turner Prize 2000 race has yet to be won. This year's contenders for the £20,000 prize include Wolfgang Tillmans and Michael Raedecker and Channel 4 will broadcast the ceremony on 28th November (from 8pm). If this doesn't quench your artistic thirst, maybe a dose of 'Fresh Cream' will (published by Phaidon Press, £29.95, available now). Chosen by 10 curators, the book is a global round-up of 100 contemporary artists. It features new work by each artist, comes with a free inflated pillow as well as artists biographies and explanations of each curator's choice.
