However, in the African country of Niger it's a different story. There, protesters have been demonstrating against a fashion show taking place this weekend. The Islamic demonstrators are said to believe that the planned Festival of African Fashion catwalk shows are satanic and will lead to fornication. They are not happy about women - who according to Muslim beliefs should be dressed very modestly - strutting the catwalks.
