Keep wrinkle free In the early 90s, facial fitness guru, Eva Fraser, developed a gentle facial muscle work out to help prevent muscles from sagging and bagging. For a more testing alternative enter the Ben & Jerry's sponsored 'World Gurning Championships' on 16th September at 'The Egremont Crab Fair' in Cumbria, an annual event which includes greasy pole climbing, ferret and sack racing. Gurning is the age old practice of contorting the face into grotesque shapes and to get facial muscles warmed up, a Ben & Jerry's stall will offer its chunkiest ice cream, Caramel Chew Chew which will make you gurn as you chew. All proceeds from Ben & Jerry's stall will be donated to a local Cumbrian health centre.
