Teen beauty queenTeenage years are minefields of emotions and hormones without having the added worry of getting to grips with lippy and eyeshadow. Bobbi Brown, of Bobbi Brown cosmetics fame, has penned 'Teenage Beauty' (published by Harper Collins, £17, from all good bookshops) to help teenagers avoid any embarrassing make-up mistakes. Aiming to take "the mystery out of all those confusing rituals" such as "How do you curl eyelashes?", "What do I do with eye shadow?" and "How do I deal with eyebrows?", with Bobbi's book teens can figure out how to feel happier and more relaxed about their looks. Bobbi's no-nonsense advice covers problems such as 'Zits!' and 'Braces' as well as giving make-up tips on achieving a 'Pretty, Natural Makeup Look' or a more edgy 'Rock'n'Roll Babe' one. |
