Anyone can TriyogaIt may be the current hobby of celebs (i.e Geri and Madonna) but a new London centre dedicated to yoga wants to bring it to the masses. Triyoga (6 Erskine Road, Primrose Hill, NW3) has a throughly stylish interior - designer Matthew Williamson was the creative consultant - and is in one of London's trendiest areas, but the atmosphere inside is serene and non-elitist. The centre, which is a no-go area for shoes and mobile phones, offers half-price 'community classes', pre and post-natal classes and insists yoga isn't just for tofu-eating trendies. There are also plans underway to open Triyoga in other towns and very soon you'll be able to participate in a Triyoga class from your own home - simply visit the website. The only downfall is that you can't sample Triyoga's juice bar, stunning interior, host of complementary treatments, or buy the Prana yoga clothing sold there. |
