This is a follow-up to the fuk news story of 15th January, repeated below: WE R NOT LFW Designers Julian And Sophie have responded to The British Fashion Council's latest London Fashion Week brochure with a series of T-shirts. The 86-page promotional booklet designed by Nathan Church has been sent to press and buyers worldwide with the graphical slogan 'i AM LFW' throughout. It's superimposed on photographs of British Fashion Council chair Nicholas Coleridge, and London Mayor Ken Livingstone, as well as on a model from Julian And Sophie's spring/summer 2003 catwalk show. From today, Julian And Sophie are offering a series of three long-sleeved "limited edition off-schedule T-shirts" on their website julianand.com by way of retort. Choose from 'I AM NOT LFW', 'U R NOT LFW' and 'WE R NOT LFW'. Julian And Sophie will personally handmake your T-shirt for £60. Don't worry if you haven't got the cash, because they're willing to email a jpeg or pdf file to anyone who wants it for free. Simply print the image out on heat transfer paper and iron it on.
