| Three years into a five year industrial design course at the Ljubljana Academy of Fine Arts in Slovenia, designing everything from chairs to knives and lights, Lara decided the time was right to pursue what she'd been doing away from college - designing jewellery: "I'd been making jewellery for fashion shows and the Slovenian singer Anja Rupela and I decided I wanted to study jewellery properly.
