A big fan of Formula 1 motor-racing, Gina decided to make a special T-shirt for Eddie Irvine. "Unfortunately, because of his deal with Ferrari the one I designed couldn't be used because it features his face. But Eddie really liked it and so I designed a range for his fan club. A lot of girls buy them which is nice, because most people associate the sport with boys."
Although most of Gina's T-shirts are sold by mail order, she has just finished designing a range exclusively for Miss Selfridge. The range is due to go into London and Brighton shops in August and from autumn they will also be stocking Gina Wall skirts. "I hope to get a range of dresses designed by Christmas" she says.

Wall to Wall Facts
Age: 27
Lives: in a small village in Kent where there are no distractions!
Favourite T-shirt design: pink glamour puss.
Biggest fashion faux-pas: a three-tiered white Ra Ra skirt (it was the 80s!).
Ambitions: to open a Gina Wall shop, to design for the Fun Loving Criminals and more celebrities and to own a Lotus Elise. I'd also like to sell my design in the US.
Motivation: being told at school to stay away from art because I wouldn't succeed in it.
Hates: the idea of working in a normal 9-5 job. It's just not me.
