Well respected London boutiques including Kokon Tozai and Dispensary already stock Spindrift and Boddy was recently mentioned in 'Vogue', although it took him a while to realise that the glossy mag wasn't referring to somebody else with the same name. John and Ali both seem content with the current direction of chime and even though the pair never seem to stop working, they're still impressively enthusiastic. "We're in this to make money, but if you're in fashion you're obviously choosing to do it because you don't want conventional work or a normal job, you need to keep your originality, but make enough to keep going," explains John "we've never really had any money so to get some would be nice, but it's just nice to get our stuff out there." ends. |
