Tristan Webber

Tristan Webber presented a stunning collection for spring/summer 99 which combines his trademark leather with latex and light stretch fabrics. Unlike most other designs this season's London Fashion Week has seen so far, his outfits are splashed with strong colours from bright yellow across neon shades to strong reds and purples. Tailoring is highly feminine with sexy detailing along the bust and bottom. Hemlines are mostly asymmetric - short at the front and long at the back. Jewellery (including metal tubes covering an entire arm) was tailored directly into the clothes for the show, creating an impressive spectacle. To summarise, Tristan Webber's vision of spring/summer 99 fashion is very colourful and very sexy. Indeed.
