Choolips

Annegret's London fashion Week debut is totally off-schedule and almost held on the pavement . The German-born designers' first showing at Fashion Week was made possible by a Princes' Trust grant and help from mates. There are 11 pieces in the collection entitled Water for Annegret's choolips label. Fashion folk were squeezed into the Touch Wood coffee shop on Carlotte Street, but the show soon spilled out onto the street itself. Choolips is a very specific label: Annegret specialises in creating clothes for petite women. If you are (like most of the female population,) above a size 12, you won't be able to fit into any Choolips pieces. The look is romantic and modern: ruched ultra short mini skirts, 3/4 length trousers with matching white bandeau top, double button waist jeans with large leg vents, silky boudoir dresses in palest pink alongside more urban styled white mini skirts with a black slash-neck top.
