With so much uncertainty in the world, Ghost is one designer label that you can count on to continue to create beautiful, feminine collections. The daisies which lined the catwalk set the mood for a collection dedicated to love, peace and optimism. Envisage maidens meandering through meadows and you get the idea - it's so pretty it's almost obscene. French inspirations abound - there are French Maid style frocks with petticoats and bows everywhere - while Japanese culture influences prints and inspires stunning kimono dresses. Airtex - a fabric beloved of school uniform outfitters - is given a girly going-over and appears in blouses, dresses and pedal pushers. Soft nubuk is used to create sheath style dresses and halter neck tops. The ultimate expression of the collection's feel is a circle dress embroidered with Peace and Love.
