A cold, concrete building in Battersea gas works was the setting for Sophia Kokosalaki's spring/summer collection. A washed-out palette of dirty browns, salmon pinks, apricots and mint features on patchwork leather and cotton pieces, whilst layered netted dresses come in forest green and brown. There's a slightly second-hand feel to the whole collection which carries a strong 80s mood with ruched leather trousers, skinny blouson jackets for men, softly gathered skirts and asymmetrically fastened boilersuits - as well as black or bronze draped and ruched evening dresses. Just past the knee trousers for men, turned-under hems and a white, swathed top reminiscent of a WW1 flying ace's windswept scarf provides modern elements.
