David Wyatt's first on-schedule show is a cross between the delicate floatiness of the 20s Flapper and the 80s white stiletto trashy look. Colours are gently muted - blues, greys, pale greens, cream, navy and black - and instead of fussy patterns, blocks and stripes of colour surface on jumpers and dresses. Drop waisted clingy mini shift and long-sleeve dresses are softly draped or tucked and ebb and flow with movement. Cricket team style cotton knits are worn with slouchy white trousers and batwing sleeve jumpers have deep cowl backs. Another 80s throwback is calf-length skintight leggings, more baggy jumpers and figure hugging knitted column dresses in contrasting colours.
