Autumn/winter 99 sees Wakeley exploring lean silhouettes and clean lines in a beautiful uncluttered collection. Funnel neck cream tops, wide flat-fronted trousers and silver sequin detailing on dresses and trousers provides the mainstay of the collection. Highlights include the softest long sleeve cropped sweater tops, fitted sleeveless dresses, Lurex dresses and velvet overdresses. The colour palette centres on white, beige and biscuit hues with flashes of mossy green, black, silver and grape.
