Ghost's latest collection is inspired by Lewis Carrol's Alice (as is Matthew Williamson's). There are constant references to the forest - green is a dominant shade from dark, earthy hues to blinding lime - butterflies and ivy leaf details appear throughout. Alice's influence can be seen on an Eat Me slogan jacket, a georgette Shrink Me dress, pinafore dresses and bow details. There are luxurious satin camisoles, crepe slip dresses, cowl dresses and quilted jackets, coats and trousers. Mohair and angora cobweb knits appear in berets, long, fingerless gloves, dresses and tunics. Sheepskin jackets, 50s style skirts and ultra sexy dresses complete the ethereal, surreally beautiful look.
