Clements Ribeiro have created a rock'n'roll sensation of a collection for winter. David Bowie is god and trash glamour, the 80s and fur are major players. Leopard skin coats, hats and skirts hit a Bet Lynch note while bomber jackets, metal rivets on spike heeled shoes and belts add hardness. Puff sleeves, boxy jackets, drop waist dresses and culottes are key pieces. Polka dots appear alongside tweed prints, sexy chiffon and drill. There are references to the 80s, uniforms, bondage as well as the odd nod to the 50s. Footless tights, button braces and butterfly motifs all enhance this look while sleeveless fur jackets and skins thrown across shoulders add extra trash elements.
