| At Michiko Koshino, where Rapunzel-like plaits were in abundance, the Vidal Sassoon International Creative Hair Team braided very close to the head and used hair pieces to add contrasting colour and length.
Pigtails added texture and interest to what would otherwise be a very sleek look, giving the style a street feel. Even the male models, including a self-conscious Sid Owen (alias 'Eastender' Ricky Butcher), were braided-up.
The hair team used VS Volumizing Mousse and Flexible hairspray to prepare the hair for plaiting and to prevent wispy hairs from straying.
