The Boudicca woman is a strong, elongated creature. She borrows clothes from wardrobes, particularly men's, and tailors them to her demands. Her raw edged, grey monastic shroud is swept up in folds around her shoulders to reveal her bare back and precision cut pencil skirt beneath. A mustard military uniform is re-cut and tailored to her frame, the army issue white leather belt is double wrapped, a red sash completes the look. Her olive green side split pencil skirt is razor sharp, a piece of satin flowing at one side is the torn out lining. City gent shirt's are hardly recognisable as the sleeves are slashed from cuff to shoulder, the two halves pinned in diagonal crosses front and back. Khaki trouser legs are joined at the inner seam with an extra piece of fabric. When the Boudicca woman is feeling feminine she puts on a lemony silk shift with a black and cream leaf print but keeps the mannish shoulders in tact.
