Graduate Fashion Week is one of the most important events in the UK fashion calender. For hundreds of fashion design students from 59 colleges across the UK, it's the toughest week of their lives as they prepare to show their work publically for the first time.
For those lucky enough to show collections at Graduate Fashion Week (only 24 colleges stage catwalk shows) it's a crucial opportunity to grab the attention of potential employers. Recent GFW star discoveries include Arkadius, Stella McCartney and John Galliano. This year's event, sponsored again by British Home Stores, will also showcase talents in marketing, journalism, PR and fashion technology.
