David Bowie's 'Ashes to Ashes' video was reborn as mime with Gemma Ryan's selection of delicate crocheted knits, embroidered pieces and paper hats in shades of green, lemon and blue. Her models were human sculptures staring into space.

Abby Grewcock swiftly transformed the art gallery feel of the catwalk into a full-on circus. Men in gold tutus with metal cod pieces and feathered wings, women on stilts with pierced nipples and with fingers that went ablaze, and a man in a chained sack who miraculously freed himself to reveal an orange frock and red underpants.
Susan Cariello crashed the audience back to earth with a gorgeous feminine collection entitled 'A Journey Into The New World'. Comprising mainly of silk pieces, the collection includes quilted tops, deep blue and orange dresses skirts and shirts.

Finally, renowned fetish clubwear designer DANE slapped on the sleaze with a big tease collection focusing on rear cleavages. Backless rubber dresses, 50s style bikinis (modelled by a lovely looking trannie) nipples with red plasters, transparent chiffon and organza printed dresses, spacey cat suits (for guys and gals), camouflague tights, a brass bra and more dominatrix's than you'd know what to do with. The audience (especially the group of women with kid, dog, beers and roll-ups beside me) went ballistic and a stage invasion looked likely. Ten designers and a solar system's worth of creative energy - now that's what I call a fashion show.
