Opt for the full deal by choosing tipped favourite shades of turquoise and fuchsia for your eyeshadow, or tone it down with emerald or khaki. Apply your selected shade with a strong stroke along the crease of your eyelid. Next try to smudge the shadow slightly rather than blend and then define the shape of your eyes with a kohl stick liner. Choose a shade that enhances the colour of your eyes, there are lots of rules about which colour suits who but the best way to find out is to experiment, everybody's different. Finally coat your lashes in as much black mascara as your peepers can stand. The more sensitive types should just apply two.
